Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how SleeveIT (“SleeveIT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you use our mobile applications, our website, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
a. Information you provide
- Account information. When you create an account we collect your name (display name), email address, and authentication identifiers from your sign-in provider (Apple, Google, or email).
- Vendor profile information. If you operate as a vendor, we collect your vendor name, specialty, payment handles you elect to display (Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Zelle), and social links you choose to share publicly.
- Inventory and transaction data. Cards you add to your inventory, cost basis, asking prices, sale prices, condition, grading details (e.g., PSA certificate numbers), and the events at which sales occur.
- Want lists. Cards you mark as wanted, including set, number, and minimum acceptable grade.
- Support communications. Messages you send to us at support@sleeveit.app.
b. Information collected automatically
- Coarse location. With your permission, we use your device location at city level to surface card shows happening near you. We do not continuously track your precise location, and we do not log a history of your movements.
- Device information. Device type, operating system version, and application version for diagnostic purposes.
- Push notification tokens. If you enable push notifications, we store the token so we can deliver event reminders and want-list match alerts.
2. What We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect precise GPS coordinates or continuous location history.
- We do not access your contacts, calendars, or messages.
- We do notaccess your photo library or camera roll. The camera is used only at the moment you choose to scan a vendor’s booth QR code, and no image is uploaded or retained — only the encoded link is read.
- We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
- To process vendor subscription payments via our payment processor.
- To match buyer want lists against vendor inventory and notify participating buyers at events they attend.
- To send transactional communications, such as receipts and account notices.
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or prohibited activity.
- To improve and develop the Service, using aggregated, de-identified usage data.
4. Third-Party Services
We rely on the following third-party processors to deliver the Service. Each operates under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review.
- Supabase. Database, authentication, and backend infrastructure.
- Stripe. Vendor subscription payment processing. Card data is collected and stored directly by Stripe; we receive only customer and subscription identifiers.
- Google Sign-In. Optional authentication provider.
- Sign in with Apple. Optional authentication provider.
- JustTCG. Card catalog and market-price data provider. Lookups are made on your behalf using card identifiers only.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We share information only as necessary to operate the Service, with your consent, or as required by law. Specifically, we may share information:
- With the third-party processors listed above.
- Publicly, when you choose to make information public — for example, your vendor profile, public card listings, and event check-ins are visible to other users of the Service.
- In response to a valid legal request, such as a subpoena or court order.
- In connection with a corporate transaction, such as a merger or acquisition, in which case we will provide notice before your information is transferred.
6. Data Retention
We retain account, inventory, and transaction data for as long as your account remains active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal information from our active systems within thirty (30) days, except where retention is required by law (for example, financial records for tax purposes).
7. Your Rights and Choices
- Access and deletion. You may delete your account at any time from within the mobile app (Settings → Delete Account). Deletion removes your profile, inventory, want list, and vendor information.
- Export. Data export is coming soon. In the meantime, you may request a copy of your data by emailing us at support@sleeveit.app.
- Push notifications. You may turn off push notifications in your device settings at any time.
- Location. You may revoke location permission in your device settings; the event-discovery feature will fall back to a manual city search.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under thirteen (13), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen. If you believe a child under thirteen has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@sleeveit.app and we will promptly delete that information. We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
9. Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. No system is impenetrable; we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work continuously to reduce risk.
10. International Users
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand and consent to the transfer of your information to the United States for processing and storage.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy and revising the “Last updated” date above, and, where required, by sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
