Terms of Service
Last updated: May 25, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SleeveITmobile applications, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by SleeveIT (“SleeveIT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, downloading the app, or otherwise accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. You must be at least thirteen (13) years old to use the Service. If you are under eighteen (18), you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Account Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account, and to keep that information up to date.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@sleeveit.app of any unauthorized use.
- You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to any other person.
3. Vendor Subscriptions
- Vendor functionality requires a paid subscription of $20 per month, billed through Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month at the then-current rate until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from within the app or by emailing us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- All subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial months, unused features, or accounts terminated for violation of these Terms.
- We may change subscription prices on prospective billing periods with at least thirty (30) days’ advance notice.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party to:
- Engage in fraud, misrepresent goods, post fake or knowingly inaccurate listings, or impersonate any person or entity.
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or otherwise harm other users.
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right (including intellectual-property rights).
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service by automated means, or reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Service.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Service, including by sending spam or distributing malware.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Service other than through the vendor features expressly provided.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by SleeveIT and is protected by United States and international intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service, including card listings, photographs, and profile information (“User Content”). By submitting User Content you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display the User Content solely to operate and improve the Service.
6. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Card prices displayed in the Service, including market values, historical sale data, and condition-based estimates, are sourced from third parties and are provided for reference only. SleeveIT does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any pricing information and is not a party to and is not responsible for any transaction between a buyer and a vendor. All purchases at card shows are made directly between buyer and vendor, at their own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SLEEVEIT, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF SLEEVEIT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability; in such jurisdictions our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe in good faith that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or harmful conduct, or that continued access poses a risk to other users or to the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 6, 7, 10, and 12) will survive.
You may terminate your account at any time by using the Delete Account function inside the mobile app or by emailing support@sleeveit.app.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notice at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You and SleeveIT agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Georgia for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
11. Miscellaneous
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SleeveIT regarding the Service.
- If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
- You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign these Terms freely.
